Contract Staff, Securities Operations

Job Descriptions:

  • Process voluntary corporate action events for Singapore and Foreign markets 

  • Ensure no disruption in daily BAU in terms of accuracy and timeliness to meet Service Level Indicator as established with Business

  • Attend to internal and external customers’ queries received from internal Business units

  • Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework 

  • Handle adhoc assignments/initiatives as assigned

 

Period:                                                                                      

  • 6 months                                         

 

Location:                                                       

  • Raffles Place

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3000

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with banking or relevant experience
