Contract Staff, Consumer Loan Operations 3

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform administration of loan documentation from Post Approval up to post disbursement processing of service requests including scanning of post approval and mortgage documents into the File Management System.
  • Perform administrative functions related to retrieval, assignment, return and warehousing of the physical credit files used by the department for loan processing.
  • Any other adhoc task assigned.

 

Period:                                                                                      

  • 3 months                                                                  

 

Location:                                                       

  • Tampines

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3000 (depending on experience)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O level holder with relevant experience
  • Knowledge in Mortgage Loan documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word/ PowerPoint) 

  • Responsible, meticulous, resourcefulness, able to cope well under pressure and able to work independently as well as in a team; ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively and be a team
