Contract Programme Executive, Student Admissions @Educational Industry

Job Descriptions:

• Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be working with a team and be involved in processing and maintaining a centralised application processing system, coordinate processing of Student’s Pass for new international students.
• Process applications received according to the approved admission criteria and application procedures
• Process and release application outcomes according to the schedule set
• Coordinate with Student’s Pass processing department for the student’s pass of all new international students timely for course commencement
• Attend to all application queries within specified timeframe
• Maintain all records and documents in accordance with Edutrust and other assessment requirements
• Handle Admissions projects for improvements and efficiency
• Perform administrative duties and implement process improvements for admission procedures
• Support institute wide events

Period:                                                                                

• 2 years, subject to extension                                  

Location:                                                    

• Clementi

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30pm
• Wed: 8.30am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $2,800 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with 2 years working experience
• A team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to plan and meticulous with strong administrative focus
• Proficient in using IT tools for work effectiveness
