Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall’s activities.
  • To proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for the programs and the company’s various initiatives to drive sales.
  • To manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
  • Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding.
  • Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms.
  • To proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall.
  • To manage and supervise Digital Service Advocates

 

Period:                                                                                      

  • 6 months; start immediately

  • Town area

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6 pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3,700

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferably with 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
  • Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Data driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus.
  • Prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays if required.
