Job Descriptions:

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on the company’s official social media channels (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and corporate website
  • Possess savviness to capitalise on trending news/events for newsjacking on social media
  • Ensure posts and content are aligned with our branding guidelines and messaging
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content are gathered, verified and published accurately on a timely basis
  • Plan and drive the company’s social media content calendar
  • Monitor sentiments on social media, moderate comments and escalate to relevant departments
  • Prepare monthly reports to track channels' and posts' performances and upload on the Staff Portal
  • Liaise with the web developer and agency to ensure best practices are properly implemented on the corporate website
  • Update relevant sections and pages of the company website
  • Support other channel project development as required

 

Period:                                                                                 

  • 1 July 2021 to 30 December 2021, subject to extension till January 2022

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Wed: 8.30 am to 6 pm

 

Salary

  • $4,000

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, and/or New Media
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in social media marketing
  • Good copyediting, writing and communications skills
  • Proficient in using social media tools such as Sprout Social and Digimind
  • Knowledge in Sitefinity website content management system (CMS)
  • Have an eye on photography with basic design skills using tools such Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ideal to possess prior knowledge in project management and stakeholder management
  • Independent, detailed, proactive contributor with a passion for producing engaging, quality content
