Job Descriptions:

  • Preparation of tender and quotation document including drafting of schedule of pricing table, specifications, liaising with various stakeholders to get information for compilation of the document
  • To look for information on prevailing requirement and guidelines (eg. fire safety code, Singapore Standards for works required under tender/quotation, market practices, etc)
  • To source for new vendors to be invited for tenders/quotations
  • Carry out pre-qualification of vendors in iSupplier including liaising with vendor and helping them in the self-registration on iSupplier
  • Put up pre-qualification form for approval including filling up of all information required and conducting financial evaluations of all vendors proposed to be invited
  • Assist to arrange tender briefing including preparing presentation slides and liaising with parties who needs to attend the briefing
  • Assist to arrange showround with site teams, prepare Letter of Invitation and to call vendors to inform them of the invitation
  • Assist to evaluate tender/quotation bids received including check of supporting documents submitted and any outstanding documents which are not submitted, any deviations submitted by tenderers, any arithmetical errors etc
  • Assist to prepare Price Quality Measurement and price comparison tabulation
  • Assist in drafting of request for approval for shortlisting of tenderers, issuance of multi-round clarifications, etc
  • Assist to arrange for tender interviews, including preparation of list of enquiries required to be clarified by the tenderers   
  • Assist in preparation of recommendation paper including justification for recommendation to award
  • Preparation of Letter of Acceptance to be vetted and signed and issued to the successful tenderer and ensure receipt of insurance policies and performance bond required
  • Preparation of variation order including liaising with initiating party on the requirement for the variation order, getting quotes from contractors and compare with current contract rate/SOR and put up for approval
  • Assist in contract and change order creation in Zycus and Yardi
  • And other procurement and contract management related tasks which may be assigned

 

Period:

  •      6 – 12 months                                                        

 

Location:

  • Tanjong Pagar

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Salary

  • $3,200 - $4,000

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Estate Management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in procurement/contracts management/supply chain functions
  • Familiar with facility management hard and soft services, building renovation and upgrading works
  • Possess analytical skills and able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal
  • Patient, meticulous, result oriented and possess strong sense of integrity
  • Able to multi-task and possess strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in software including Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player
