Customer Service Assistant @ Dhoby Ghaut / Permanent / Up to $2,000 nego / Retail Industry

• Mon to Sun: 10.00am to 10.00pm (8 hours per shift, 1 day off)
Responsibilities
The key role is to provide assistance and attend to shopper’s enquiries. As a member of our frontline team, you are expected to delight our shoppers with excellent customer service while attending to their enquiries, feedback or complaints.
• Managing of the Customer Service Counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in the course of duty
• Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public
• Handling of customers’ feedback and complaints
• Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines
• Receiving in-coming calls and making out-going calls
• Handling and administering of lost and found items
• Assist in Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities
• Performing of simple administrative and clerical duties
• Provide morning greeting and information services to tenants / visitors
• To facilitate, update and manage the visitor management system
• Collate feedback received and convey the feedback for reporting
• Assist in receptionist and other administrative duties/projects from time to time
Salary:
• $1800 to $2000 nego *Depending on qualification / experience
Location:
• Dhoby Ghaut
Working time:
Mon to Sun: 10.00am to 10.00pm (8 hours per shift, 1 day off)
* Required to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
Requirements
• GCE’O’ Levels and above
• Preferably with 1 or 2 years working experience in similar capacity
• Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence
• Be proactive and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with different customers.
• Knowledge of local dialects is an advantage
