Automotive Engine Technician

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general repair and maintenance jobs onboard vessels or in workshops
• Dismantle and troubleshoot for mechanical defects
• Perform repair and /or replacement of mechanical spare parts
• Perform alignment checks and reassemble the mechanical parts
• Perform testing of equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Perform test run and report to superior on the job completion status

Location:

• Benoi Road

Salary:

• Up to $2000 + AWS

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7.25am-5pm

Requirements:

• Posses NTC or Higher NTC in Mechanical or Marine related field  
• Possess basic understanding of basic components and functions of mechanical engines or diesel engines
• Able to read simple drawings and service reports
• Willing to work under outdoor environment on site
• Willing to work shift when required
• Experience with diesel 4 strokes engines or automotive engine is the best
