Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the material requirements of customers
  • Support in AOG
  • Knowledge of production planning and aircraft materials functions
  • Attend to quotations, Purchase Orders
  • Any other duties assigned by the department head

 

Period:

  • Permanent

 

Location:

  • Seletar

 

Working Hours:

  • 12-hour shift
  • 8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am
  • 2 days work, 2 days off, 2 days work, 2 days off

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 3 years' aircraft working experience in the aviation industry
  • Experience in Airbus or Boeing aircraft will be an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and command of English.
  • Able to work  independently
  • Must be prepared to work on night shift
  • Those without experience are welcome to apply
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
