Admin Assistant (Internal Control Officer)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handles all emails enquiries/complaints for ASD
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mailbags
- To conduct call evaluation / checks on sales teams
- In charge of archiving needs for the team and prepare monthly report
- In charge of all administrative duties for the team – filing/mask distribution/ordering of water/stationary/mailbox etc
- Assist on compliance matters
- Conduct PC Sweep/Clean desk sweep
- Coordinator for timesheets
- Compile DNC request for processing
- Other duties when required
Period:
- 1 year renewable contract

- Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6.30pm)
Salary:
- Up to $2,000 + Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O’ Level
- Meticulous and responsible team player
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good listening skill
- Good follow-up skill
- Able to multi-task
- Flexible
