Contract Accounts Payable Executive @ Tampines - up to $3500 + VB

Job Descriptions:

  • To process AP transactions to both external and internal parties.
  • To verify payments  to other agencies, companies and GROs; performing payment runs; performing bank clearing and reconciliation; updating journals; adjustments and other entries.
  • The job would also need to work on preparation of AP schedules, providing advice on payment and assisting in monthly and year-end closing of accounts, preparing for and assisting in statutory/other audits as well as various AP reports including but not limited to late payment reports, transaction activity reports, data analytics and abnormality reports etc.

 

Period

  • 2 Years Contract, renewable

 

Location:

  • Tampines

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Salary

  • Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • 2 years of experience as Finance Officer or Accountant
