Job Descriptions:
- To process AP transactions to both external and internal parties.
- To verify payments to other agencies, companies and GROs; performing payment runs; performing bank clearing and reconciliation; updating journals; adjustments and other entries.
- The job would also need to work on preparation of AP schedules, providing advice on payment and assisting in monthly and year-end closing of accounts, preparing for and assisting in statutory/other audits as well as various AP reports including but not limited to late payment reports, transaction activity reports, data analytics and abnormality reports etc.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
Salary
- Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance
- 2 years of experience as Finance Officer or Accountant
