Contract Staff, Quantity Surveyor @ Beach Road

Job Descriptions:

• cost planning and estimation
• report writing and cost reporting
• interfacing with client/stakeholders and consultants
• tender preparation and evaluation of tenders
• contract compilation
• valuation of payment
• valuation of variation and project finalisation
• support capital planning
• administer performance metrics
• benchmarking

Period

• 2 Months

Location:

• Beach Road

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary

• $3000 - $4000

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of consultancy experience;
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Familiar with PSSCOC;
• Experienced in settlement of disputed claims, particularly public sector building projects;
• Independent and meticulous in variation assessment;
• Ability to communicate well with project team.
