Contract Customer Service Executive (Educational Industry) @ Clementi
- Attend to learners’ queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Help learners schedule appointments and pre-register for training.
- Provide administrative support in updating the scheduling system and processing of payments.
- Support programme operations in the planning and delivery of programme.
- Clementi (Educational Industry)
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Degree from any discipline from a recognized University.
- Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) setting would be an added advantage
- Highly motivated individual interested in operations and customer relations.
- Able to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Professional with people and service-oriented disposition
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to make a difference.
- Proficient with the standard package of Microsoft Office applications.
