Customer Service Consultant – Sports Industry
- Greet clients or visitors and provide excellent service standards to walk-in customers or other stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Attract potential customers by providing information about the academy products and services.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and resolve any emerging problems that might occur with accuracy and efficiency.
- Compile reports and surveys on overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop, present, and implement policies and procedures to make sure the academy's customers have a first-class experience.
- Monday to Friday: 11am – 8pm
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Educational background in Sports Management would be an advantage (Diploma/Degree).
- Job requires strong communication skills with solution-based approach and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Motivation to work with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

- PC literacy required (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Able to start work immediately (preferably)
