Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre) @ Ubi – AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls on clients enquiries, request or feedback via phone
  • Handle and process customers’ request through phone and emails
  • Handle administrative duties
  • Any other ad- hoc duties as assigned

Period:

  • Permanent

 

Location:

  • Ubi

 

Working Hours:

  • 5 days work week including weekends & PH
    • 8AM – 5PM
    • 9AM – 6PM
    • 11AM – 8PM
    • 145PM – 1045PM

Salary:

  • Up to $2500 + AWS + VB

 

Requirements:

  • GCE O/A/ITE/Diploma in Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of contact centre experience, preferably in the banking, telco or 3rd party call centre is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Comfortable working shifts, weekends & PH
  • 5 days work week (shift hours: 8AM – 5PM, 9AM – 6PM, 11AM – 8PM, 145PM – 1045PM)
  • Good customer service & problem solving skills
