Contract Securities Ops (Account Servicing) – Banking Industry
- Process account opening, account maintenance and document scanning for Equities timely and accurately.
- Perform reconciliation checks to ensure no delay in processing and notifications to customers.
- Update management statistics for management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business
- Perform adhoc operational duties as maybe assigned by Supervisor from time to time
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.30pm
- Able to work overtime.
- Positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Eye for details and meticulous.
- Pro-active with the ability to work independently and strong team player are essential attributes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates from securities/brokerage back office experience are added advantages.
