Perm Senior/IT Infrastructure Analyst - IT & System Operations @ Clementi

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support, track application issues and resolve in a timely manner and within SLAs.
• Analyse and resolve issues or further escalate them to appropriate internal IT application teams or external parties.
• Manage third party managed services providers and internal resources to provide prompt and effective services.
• Manage application system access controls and configuration requests.
• Work closely with other groups, both development, administrative and infrastructure, to ensure application stability, consistency and availability.
• Document processes and update knowledge base of troubleshooting steps and lessons learned.
• IT projects, supporting and working with implementation team to execute and complete the project.
• To assist in organization level activities.
• Assist in both annual internal and external audit exercises.
• Preparing and participating in Annual BCP and DR exercises

• Clementi (Tertiary Institution)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Depends on qualification and experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience.
• Have knowledge of application development SDLC methodology or methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in supporting large-scaled or complex or ERP applications.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure services (AWS or Azure or both).
• Proactive and take ownership of problems.
• Possess strong analytical and technical competencies.
• Positive attitude towards learning and performing hands-on technical work
• Customer focused and able to work as a team with good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
